Meal was expensive and not that good, place is nice but all the tables were dirty

Great service friendly staff, it does get a bit confusing when you order from both Harvey's and Swiss Chalet menu but being in a smaller town I'd rather have both than neither. Very clean and very satisfying. Thanks!

This is more weird than anything, but when I went in to pick up an online order and my server was a legit child. Like this boy couldn't have been more than 12 years old, and looked like he worked there regularly - full uniform, no parent around for "take your kid to work day" or whatever. Just a boy. He was very polite and a good server, but should I be concerned? Also they forgot to give me parm fries.

My wife and I enjoy Swiss Chalet, but this location was awesome, our meal came piping hot and they seemed to have more food on the plate than the other Swiss Chalets we visited...would recommend this location

My family and I just visited this location on Christmas Eve for a late lunch because of the power outage in Bracebridge. We arrived 15 minutes before the holiday closing hours and let me tell you, these guys are the hardest working crew. People were arriving up until 3:00pm and they were still served and received hot food. They were running around serving drive thru, dining room and the takeout.Kudos to this staff for doing such a great job. We enjoyed our meals.Take the salary of the owner (who probably wasn’t there on Christmas Eve) and give it to those hard workers. They earned it more.

Great food, great service. You can get beer. One side is a nice sit down restaurant and the other was a fast food place.

We stop here every year coming back from the trailer, and it's been very good every time

The food was good and hot but the drive thru took so long my car actually over heated l had to pull ov.

Combination Harvey's/Swiss chalet. Busy and messy. Table service only for SC menu even if u order a burger on the same bill, they won't bring it and u have to stand in line for it.

This isn’t a Swiss chalet. Let’s just be clear on that. This is a fast food Harvey’s serving Swiss chalet food. Maybe they offer table service, not sure. We were ignored when we went in and were so confused on what to do and where to go that we left. This is an awful design.

Food was fresh, hot. Staff was very friendly

Came just before closing. No dipping sauce. Chicken was dry. Gravy was filmed over. Buns were soggy.

This location only gives Harvey's fries. No Swiss chalet fries?! Beware.

Quick drive through and very good fish combo.

Surprisingly quick for the beginning of the canada day long weekend.

The rotisserie chicken on a kaiser was great. They just need to cook the fries more.
